Marcos Siega (born 8 June 1969, New York City) is an American director and producer known for shaping the look and pace of popular TV drama, as well as for a long run of high-profile music videos. He first started in show business as a founding member and guitarist of the late 1980s New York City punk band Bad Trip.

He first became widely visible in the music video world, directing for major rock and pop acts and earning significant industry attention with Blink-182’s “All the Small Things” (a major MTV-era staple). He also directed music videos for famous bands like Weezer, System of a Down, and Papa Roach.

In television, Siega is particularly associated with pilot episodes and early-season tone-setting, including directing the pilot of The Vampire Diaries and working as a producer on the series. He has also directed and/or executive produced episodes of a wide range of major shows, including Dexter, The Following, You, True Blood, The Flight Attendant, Dexter: New Blood, Bad Money, and more recently Dexter: Resurrection.
