Pia Tjelta (born 12 September 1977) is a Norwegian actress known for acclaimed work across film, television, and theatre. She made her film debut in Mongoland (2001) and graduated from the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 2006, after beginning her screen career before completing her studies.

She has been widely recognised for her performances in both Norwegian and international-facing productions, and won the Amanda Award for Best Actress for Blind Spot (Blindsone) (2018). In recent years she has reached a broad audience through major TV roles, including Made in Oslo and State of Happiness. She is also part of Netflixโ€™s new Harry Hole series Jo Nesbรธโ€™s Detective Hole (released 26 March 2026), where she plays Rakel Fauke.
