Jaws Bridge is the popular name for the American Legion Memorial Bridge on Marthaโ€™s Vineyard, linking the Edgartown and Oak Bluffs sides of Sengekontacket Pond. Locals have also called it โ€œBig Bridge.โ€ Although it is not especially large, it became one of the islandโ€™s best-known landmarks through its association with Jaws, and it remains one of the most recognisable filming locations on Marthaโ€™s Vineyard.

Jaws Bridge appears in Jaws (1975). It is the production most closely associated with the bridge, to the point that the location is now better known by its unofficial screen name than by its formal one. The bridge area is one of the most famous surviving Jaws locations on the island.

In Jaws (1975), the bridge is used in the sequence where the shark enters the pond and attacks near the small dock area by the bridge. This is the scene often referred to by fans as the โ€œshark in the pondโ€ sequence, including the moment when the two men try to bait the shark from the dock and the structure is torn apart. The bridge and the water around it are therefore tied to one of the filmโ€™s most memorable action passages outside the main beach attacks.
