7 Days Liquor Store is a corner liquor store at 1700 Victory Boulevard in Glendale, California, near the border with Burbank. It is a modest everyday storefront rather than a landmark building, but its corner position and recognisable façade made it useful as a filming location for productions looking for a believable San Fernando Valley liquor store.
In Superbad (2007), 7 Days Liquor Store is used for the scene in which Fogell, using his fake McLovin ID, goes into the liquor store to buy alcohol. The store is then hit by a robbery, Fogell is knocked out, and Officers Slater and Michaels arrive, leading into one of the film’s best-known side plots. In the window of the store there is hanging a huge replica of the fake ID to McLovin.
