Sydelle Noel (born 16 July 1985) is an American actress and former track athlete, best known for playing Cherry “Junkchain” Bang in Netflix’s “GLOW” (2017–2019). Born in Hollywood, Florida, she attended the University of Georgia on a track scholarship before an injury ended her competitive running career, after which she moved into modelling and later acting.
Alongside “GLOW”, she has appeared in a range of television series, including a recurring role on “Arrow”, and she reached a global audience with her appearance in Marvel’s “Black Panther” (2018), where she played Xoliswa, a member of the Dora Milaje.

GLOW
GLOW was filmed in Los Angeles, around the San Fernando Valley, which gives it a strong Southern California identity rather than a generic studio feel.
